§ 22-7. Operation of bicycles, go-carts and motor scooters after sundown.

  • It shall be unlawful to operate bicycles, go-carts or motor scooters on the public streets of the town after sundown and before sunrise, unless such vehicles shall be equipped with a front white light and a rear red light or reflector; such vehicle must be equipped with operable brakes.
