§ 22-8. Intersections closed; physical barriers erected.

Glen Road is closed at the intersection of Glen Road and Southern Boulevard. Windham Road is closed at the point of the southern boundary of the C-1 district on Windham Road. No motor vehicles shall pass through said locations. Appropriate physical barriers shall be erected at the direction of the town council to prohibit vehicles from entering or exiting Glen Road by way of Southern Boulevard and Windham Road at the point of the southern boundary of the C-1 district on Windham Road. There shall be access provided through the barrier erected on Windham Road to the driveway of lot 8 for as long as that lot is being used for residential purposes.
