§ 2-77. Duties; limitations.

(a)

It shall be the duty of the code inspector to initiate enforcement proceedings of the various codes; however, no member of a board shall have the power to initiate such enforcement proceedings.

(b)

Minutes shall be maintained of all hearings held by the code enforcement board, and all hearings shall be open to the public. The town council shall provide clerical and administrative personnel as may be reasonably required by the board for the proper performance of its duties.
