§ 2-76. Election of chairperson and vice-chairperson.

At the first meeting of the code enforcement board, the members of the board shall elect a chairperson, who shall be a voting member, and a vice-chairperson, who shall preside in the absence of the chairperson. The presence of four or more members of the board shall constitute a quorum. The board shall meet as often as is necessary to consider cases properly brought before it.
